The other day, I was uber craving a McFlurry! Here's my note this week that I left for my parents!
I successfully diffused the bomb, and enjoyed the wonderful treat that is: An Oreo McFlurry.
P.S. To all the womanz that have spit babies out of their uterus: Happy Mothers Day! ... As a gift for you all, I have compiled three of my favorite Mothers Day videos. Enjoy!

WARNING: This is a rant but I would also really like to know your views on the topic.
Lately I have been noticing more and more "All-Female" communities and competitive gaming teams pop up, which is not a bad thing at all. But what has been annoying me the most lately is the slow rising of "Female Only" Gaming Tournaments. Now I have nothing against competing in tournaments, hell I used to compete in them myself--I wasn't very good mainly due to the fact I never had the time to practice. Some of you might be thinking "Well why does this bother you so much?", the answer to that is simple -- I hate the "Segregation" we are creating between the female gamers and the male gamers. Yes females have fought for a long time to get recognized in the gaming community through not only their skill but their knowledge on games and the Industry. But what do tournaments have to do with anything?
A couple of weeks back we all heard about the Chicago Transit Authority removing GTA 4 ads, their argument was to protect the children, they didn't want to advertise for such an adult game. Then you have misguided assholes like Jack Thompson who sure is loving all of this controversy, GTA 4 gives him something to bitch about. But I do not understand, never once did Rockstar make an advertisement that was geared towards kids, in fact they have said all along that this was an adult game. The GTA series is geared towards and marketed towards adults, what's the harm them? Rockstar isn't the only ones who get shitted on by grumpy adults in power; in fact video games in general get it. How many times have you heard "Video games cause violence"? I call bullshit! These adult games are adult games, made for adults, just b/c it's a video game doesn't mean it is ok for your little 9 year old.
Let's take a step back and look at this, so GTA and other M rated games are adult games, these games are not meant to end up in children's hands, yet (I can speak from first hand experience being a former EB Games employee) the majority of the times these kinda games do end up in a child's hands is through their parents.

So this last Sunday, I attended the most exciting exhibit of the year (in my hometown) -
The Calgary Comic & Entertainment Expo. It's no San Diego Comic Con, but it was 15 minutes from home, and absolutely satisfying...
The expo was packed with tons of actors, such as: Matthew Wood: Voice of General Grevievous in Star Wars. Kevin Sorbo: Hercules in Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, and Xena Warrior Princess. Tricia Helfer: Best known from her role as Cylon Number 6 in Battlestar Galactica. George Takei: helmsman Hikaru Sulu from the original Star Trek, to name a few.
I'm not exactly sure what has caused the massive ammount of Star Wars attention recently.. It might have something to do with Star Wars Force Unleashed coming out in September, the comics getting intense, the animated series coming out soon, or even the fact that a tv station has been playing Star Wars Ep. I through VI often. (I mean look at the article below.. It's Star Wars related!)
None the less, I thought I'd share a collection of some great Star Wars tattoos from around the internet, with a little suprise at the end of the article.
Let's get started!
Lets do an equation here. HelloKitty + a girls side + Star Wars = Mega hot.
During one of my excursions deep into the heart of the internet I discovered a lovely collection of Star Wars Public Service Announcements. These PSAs are so much more than educational. I hope you all enjoy these and more importantly learn a lesson or two. Stay in school my young padowans.
This first two are actual PSAs from the 70's or 80's. The others were made in parody of the originals.
Ok as a female gamer who plays Halo 3 I SHOULD be really pissed off about this video but I thought it was so freaking hilarious because its true, for most females who play, and I have done a few of the things that they make fun of in this video. This video is not meant to piss anyone off the guys who did this made it really funny and if you get offended then you MUST chill out. Anyway, I hope everyone enjoys this video because I definitely did.
After a heated conversation on xbox live this afternoon, and me resorting to cussing in my voice message -- I was told to be careful. Be careful? For what?
The person stated that it was illegal/arrestable offence in the state of Virginia for cussing over telecommunication lines. Now anybody who has ever been to the state of Virginia, would understand that if this was true 70% of Virginia would have been arrested for it at some point in time. So I laughed it off, and went along with my buisness.
I later decided to google it....
In honor of today, Saint Patrick's Day, I have some awesome Nintendo themed drinks for you. A group of students from IT University of Copenhagen in Denmark who all work at a bar together called Scrollbar decided to have a Mario themed night. They came up with all these drinks as a result, so mad props to them. Here are a few of their drink mixes, to see the rest visit their site scrollbar.dk. These drinks are sure to give you a high score when you take a breathalyser test.
