God of War PSP: Red is Kratos' colour

God of War showed everyone what the PS2 was capable of, and because of it's amazing success we keep seeing better games in the series.

Everyone says once a series goes to the PSP, it's dead -- but God of War: Chains of Olympus didn't fall in that catagory. With amazing success they've decided to create limited edition Kratos PSP. Much like the Star Wars PSP, which was white and had a black silkscreen of Vader, the Kratos PSP is a deep red with a white silkscreen of Kratos. (So sexy!)


Sceduled to come out next month, the bundle comes with the PSP, which is one of the new slim models, a copy of Chains of Olympus, a UMD of Superbad and a free download of Syphon Filter: Combat Ops from the Playstation store. Just like the Daxter bundle, which is being discontinued, it will sell for $199.99. You can reserve one of these systems for 50 dollars at GameStop up until the day it releases, if you really have to have one!

I hope they keep making these collectors PSPs, they keep getting better and better.
(But nothing can top the Star Wars one!)

I love God of War, but that PSP...just doesn't seem like its worth the purchase.

I'm contemplating getting this. What I want to know is why there's no red PS2.

 

I would definatly get one of these if I didn't already have a psp slim and chains of olympus.

Daxter was still the best bundle, due to the memory duo in it.

 

i agree with ladyluck on this one. the Daxter one is a better value. i dont know what i would have done if i wouldve had to buy a memory stick. those damn things are expensive. plus i like the Daxter one because of a character being screenprinted on it. if you happen to drop your psp the graphic will get scratched and not look so great. i do wish they would make an all red one though. i like the look of it.

 

That's not a bad deal. I wish I had some money right about now.

if you head over to the official playstation blog they will show you what you get in taht bundle. i do like how they are starting to ad memory sticks, the GOW bundle really should have come with one from the get go.
