Oh the old school days where you would have fun just pressing those simple little buttons or even going to the arcade and playing games for hours and spending all your quarters you had and begged for change so you could continue playing some more. For a lot of gamers you love to personalize your gaming room and who doesn't? I myself am working on a complete custom entertainment center that will make my room my ultimate gaming haven. But a lot of gamers now a days have found ways to add a little "geek" to their rooms while still making them quite useful. This guy you are about to meet has taken his love of gaming to a new extreme.
This 20 yr old has created something truly extraordinary...an NES Controller Table! Now you might be wondering why that is so great. Well the answer is simple: Not only is it a TABLE but is also an actual working CONTROLLER! Yes that is right you can actually play games on your NES with this controller...how cool is that??
Another cool thing about this table is that it doubles as a storage chest!! Woot! Now he can fit in more of his gaming collection in this nifty table.
Here is the controller in action:
Now this isn't the only cool piece of furniture that this young man has created and it probably isn't the last. But before he created this awesome table he created a very unique entertainment center in the form of a classic Asteroids Arcade system. Complete with a custom paint job and plenty of storage! Here are some of the pictures:
I know all of you gamers are just drooling over all of this stuff just like I am! To check out more of how he made both of these check out his blog at : Ultra Awesome. I know that I will definitely be keeping an eye out for future projects that he is working on.
**Edit: Kyle has posted a new blog asking for any ideas on what his next piece should be. To read and comment with your idea click here.

thats wicked...where in australia does he live? i mightz like borrow the table but yeah thats really original of him, something like that i'll keep in mind when i build my gaming hub in the future
I don't think I am nerdy enough to have something like that in my room. Still that's really cool, wish I had the technical skills to build something like that.
on a side note the girl in the video is cute.
Yeah she was cute, glad I'm not the only one lol...But yeah that controller is nice...I'm sure the Hulk could use that with no problems lol
This guy has some talent
I'm sorry but that looks like it's cool for about ten minutes then you just want a normal controller.
Even if it was just a table, it'd be great. My kudos to Kyle!
