Bioshock: The Movie

According to Variety Universal has signed a deal to bring Bioshock to the big screen. The director has also been confirmed, Gore Verbinksi. Verbinksi is known for directing Pirates of the Caribbean. This movie is already farther along than the Halo movie ever was. So far no real details have been announced but Verbinski does say it's important that the audience doesn't feel betrayed.

I honestly feel really optimistic about this. Bioshock was so story driven that I feel like it will have a real advantage over other video game movies. I'm definitely rooting for this movie. Since this project is so new there is no word on who will be cast in the main rolls. This being said I'd like to make a few suggestions.

Being that you mostly see only Jack's hand the whole game I'd love to see someone like James Franco play him.

And maybe Ralph Fiennes as Andrew Ryan.

How about Sean Bean as Atlas/Fontaine.

This one is a no brainer, Raychul as a Little Sister.

How about you? Who do you think should be cast?

call me crazy, but i just cant see this being too great without straying far from the orig story line. Bioshock had a great story and all but... idk

this will probley be out before the halo movie, hell the halo movie might not even be out when gta5 is on xbox720 or hilary is presedient, when iraq war ends, when the US isn't hated by everybody, when this site is upgraded, when the internet is porn free, when bin laden is captured, when new york has no rats, when china frees tibet, when a guys on live stop trying to pick up gamer girls, when hilary duff isn't a annoying bag of skin, when australia stops swearing, when britini martani does a post, when old men stop going on msn, when hyundai makes a good car, when i stop being a prick and annoying everybody with my stupid comments that nobody reads becasue its so lame and boring and not even funny although i will end with a lol

Wow, that's gonna be awesome...Marlon Brando would look more like Andrew Ryan though...pity he isn't around...otherwise I think that'd be a great cast...

Movie looks likes it's gonna be intense. Dakota Fanning would make a good little sister cause she looks creepy, unless she's too grown up now, not sure. Sorry I think Raychul is indeed too pretty to be a creepy little sister wouldn't want to see her be sacrificed either. =P
