Top 7 Movies That Would Make Awesome Lego Games

With Lego Indiana Jones coming out next month, the launch of the adorable website, and with the news about Lego Batman, it got me thinking. Already two of my favorite movie series have been made into a Lego game, then with Lego Batman in the making too, what other movies would be awesome as a Lego game? And so the Top 7 Movies That Would Make Awesome Lego Games was born.

7. Pirates of the Caribbean: I am not a HUGE fan of this series (the first one wasn't so bad but then they just went down hill from there) but I still think that they would make a great Lego game with little Lego pirates and Lego sea battles.

6. Aliens: All the action in this movie just needs to be morphed into a fast-paced Lego game. This would only work if the Lego alien still bleeds acid blood tho.

5. Serenity: Serenity should be a video game, it would make a great game...but a better Lego game! You take a ship, fill it with plenty of different personalities, give these characters guns, put them in space and oh, add a few flesh eating people gone bad and you have yourselves fun and adventure. Now picture all that as Legos. Brilliant!

4. Independence Day: This movie would be fun just because of all the destruction, I could imagine hundreds of Lego pieces flying everywhere. Plus, a Lego Will Smith would be quite silly. (sorry no pic)

3. 300: Bloody, testosterone driven Legos grunting and screaming into battle, it doesn't get funnier than that.

2. James Bond: Most James Bond movies are great as games already, so the decision to make a James Bond Lego game should be an easy one.

1. Evil Dead: Take a classic campy zombie movie and add the cuteness of Legos and you will have yourself a winner. Lego Ash would be just as badass and Lego zombies would be just as adorable...yes I think zombies are adorable.

Yay Firefly fans! I like your choices, esp Evil Dead. I'd like to see a Fifth Element Lego game. What's that? It's never going to happen? Oh well.

Totally, I am HUGE Firefly/Serenity fan. I like your idea of a 5th Element Lego Game, I wish I had thought of that!

Lego James Bond seems fun! I remember I also had a Robin Hood Lego set, that would be cool too.

If you really want to geek out sometime, unversal HD runs firefly in HD every now and then.

I dig legos like the next person. There are a ton of ideas and movies etc out there that can be made into a lego video game. As long as Lego video games don't become the next version of army men type of video games we're good to go.

lego (insert superhero name here) would be fun.

i think any superhero franchise would be great as a lego game. i really like the Bond idea though. taht would be super fun.

My favorite thing about Lego Star Wars is you can't die (I mean, you can but.. not really). Which means, I love it. I say, the more Lego games, the better.
