A while back FemmeFatale did a Top 7 Video Game (male) Badasses post, and as awesome as it was I feel some very vital characters were left out...so this is sorta the second installment of the Top 7 Video Game Badasses. In this list I take a look at some of the top guys in video games you would never want to cross paths with, guys who could take you out in a second...these are the Top 7 Dudes You Don't Wanna Mess With.
7. Max Payne



We haven't seen or heard much from hardened cop Max Payne in awhile, but he is one guy you would not want to cross paths with. Pissed off because after coming home one day from work he finds his wife and baby killed, and even after the fact he can still at times hear his dead baby crying out in his head. He is out for vengeance and won't stop at the first drug lord he finds. Max Payne is certainly a badass and his occasional drug binges are filled with blood and screaming...but aren't all drug binges that way?


6. the Prince of Persia



So badass we don't even know his name, the Prince of Persia can bend time at his will and take down dozens of undead Persian guards in one move. The Prince of Persia can even defy gravity by jumping insane distances, climbing monstrous pillars and practically flying through the air from one rocky ledge to another. Don't get in the Princes way because he will slice you in half with his two huge swords without a seconds hesitation.


5. Atlas/Fontaine



This guy is a guy who will not destroy you with swords or guns, he will destroy you from the inside, twisting and playing with your mind until you are completely under his control without you being the wiser. A guy who is practically impossible to fight back, and can harm you without you even knowing is definitely someone you do not want to mess with; you do not want to be on his bad side!


4. Nathan Drake



Nathan Drake is charming, witty, and actually one of the good guys, but he has his eye on some very valuable treasure and he has a deadly aim. Despite his cool demeanor and rather clumsy ways, he is not one to cross...never get in the way of a man and his prized possession, especially not a guy with a gun.


3. a Big Daddy



We all know the kind of damage a Big Daddy can do to someone, and we do not want to be on the receiving end. A Big Daddy can actually be kinda cute, when he is not mad; just don't get in his way when someone has become a threat to one of his Little Sisters, and absolutely do not be the one who is considered the threat.


2. Marcus Fenix



Do you see the muscles on this guy?! Not to mention the gun with the chainsaw attached. Marcus Fenix has seen the depths of hell, he has fought a war like no other, and a man with this much experience and this much dark history is definitely someone you do not want to get in the way of. You never know, he might just have that chainsaw running when you bump past him.


1. Kratos



Kratos is covered with his dead families ashes, how much more badass does a guy need to get? On top of that he is a God, even a fallen God with so much anger and he is on such a mission that if you stepped in his way he would strike you down with out a moment's hesitation. He is not the God of something silly like love or earth, but he is the God of War...the last guy you would ever wanna mess with. Kratos is as badass as they come, you can't find a guy with more anger, more fight and more drive than Kratos; and that is why he is the number 1 dude you don't want to mess with.
